R Writing Co-op 4 assgnment (tweaked from syllabus)

Here is c-op 4 assignment (copied from the syllabus...plus an extra part I discussed in class):

Read LAW ch. 4, section 1 (as mentioned in class, read every word! She's got lots of nuanced info and specific advice)
• Complete section 1 Questions (typed this week)
• Complete section 1 Assignments (remember class notes on hooks if you've had TOG writing before)
• Look at your intro paragraph for the essay assigned in Ch. 3 (if you had an intro paragraph--it's possible you didn't write one). You should have a new intro paragraph after completing ch. 4 Section 1 Assignment #2. Which paragraph is better? Combine the two paragraphs into one new “best” version if there are good points from each.
• Complete Vocab at the end of ch. 4 (be sure to get help if you aren't sure of the definitions...accurate word use improves your ability to think!)

Additionally, edit your Ch. 3 essay based on the feedback I gave you at co-op yesterday. (This is the same essay for which you wrote the new intro paragraph.) No need to add a conclusion or change anything that I did not specifically give you feedback on. Ask me if you need to clarify. Bring the edited essay with the new intro paragraph to class. We'll be sharing the intro paragraphs in class.
