FEES - Please bring to Parent's Dinner

Dear TOG Familys,
Please find the attach listing of your students and family fees. Several items of note:

1 - The "family" fee is for use of Northside Baptist (Set up/ cleaning/paper products, etc.).
2 - All class fees requested were for the entire year!
3 - The writing workbooks are listed separately
4 - Your students should be color coded and listed together -- be sure you pay for all your students and family fee
5 - The CREDIT some of you received is for an abundance of remaining funds for specific classes your students were enrolled in last year.
6 - IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED A PAYMENT PLAN.... PLEASE JUST ASK ME! :D!

It would be super helpful if you would
    • + Put your cash fees into a sealed envelope...
      + Label the outside of the envelope with each of the fees/student names - PLEASE!
      + Bring me the envelope Thursday night,
      + Check off each category on my sign in sheet for paid fees with your initials.


Then when I sit down the next day to document each payment, I won't be confused -and, BONUS!, you should get credit for paying! :D Also, then you won't be waiting for me to count money, write receipts, etc!
