LG Plans for TOG Y3 2017/2018

Dear Moms,
Attached are three documents with information about the classes for the Lower Grammar students this coming school year. One doc is a chart that maps out the Coop sessions, while another document gives a brief description of each class and a final document is the list of literature books being used in the LG Lit Class. (These documents are available in both excel or pdf files.)
The desire of this team is to create an enjoyable and meaningful time for these kids without adding burdens for moms and students to complete at home; all work will be done in class, with the exception of memory work, which will be encouraged to continue at home.
Note: If you are available during the LG Literature Story Hour session, you are invited (and in fact requested) to please consider which book you would like to read and lead. We will have a sign up sheet for moms to choose which Coop session they would like to take on this fun story hour leader role. With the sign up sheet, further info will be provided about options to make this class time fun and worthwhile for the kids. Many moms make light work AND make for a rich experience for these kids.
If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to talk to any of us on this team. Also, we welcome feedback to continue to improve each session. If we don't know there is an issue, we cannot work to fix it!
We so enjoy our time with these precious little ones.
