Attached you will find the homework page for Animal Farm. Students were also given a chart in class which will help them as they read this book.
Parents, the next piece of literature we tackle is Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis. We are lifting this selection from the Church History portion of weeks 7, 8, and 9 of theTOG curriculum. The teacher notes are rich and worthy of discussion with your student. I recommend that you read this book out loud if you have older children or schedule time to discuss this book as they read. Our one hour of class time discussion is not sufficient time nor the appropriate place to discuss the heart issues that this book might bring up. We will talk about its literary value and Lewis's place in the literary landscape. We will also hit some highlights. I leave the heart work to you.
