Welcome to Year 2 Literature! Excited to explore these classics with you.
Attached you will find 3 parts to your assignment:
1. Assignment page - you will have readings in Poetics with questions and in Medieval poetry
2. Medieval Worldview document - print this and have it in your notebook. Returning students, find your worldview pages from last year and put all of them in your notebook.
3. Medieval Poetry packet - print front/back if you can. Notice there are annotations at the end of each poem to help explain the unfamiliar words. There will only be one other time this year that you print a big packet of poetry.
Co-op #2 will be a discussion of Ivanhoe by Sir Walter Scott. I encourage you to go ahead and start this. Audio version is fine. There are free versions on youtube and librevox. Audible has one availble if you have a subscription. There will be no homework. Mrs. Ingalls will lead the discussion - I will be out of town.
If you are a new Rhetoric student, please know there is lots of grace as you learn our system and get used to things. Please email me with questions: pepper.leeann@gmail.com

ATTENTION - as Elizabeth and I started putting together her notebook, I realized that I posted an old literature assignment. Please replace the assignment with the attachment below. So sorry. I hope you had not done too much of the other assignment.
