3 - Color samples for BOTH male and female birds. GOAL = using YOUR tools, be able to find a way to get the proper coloration of both birds. This may take even 6 tries or more. We discussed this at length in class .... Please let me know if you have any problems with this. You may have to purchase some cheap watercolor paper. Both Hobby Lobby and Michael's have it in a 8x10 type pad which is reasonably priced (and maybe you can use a coupon). If you would like me to provide this paper, get in touch with me and we can work it out.
Samples should be about 2x2" and have next to it the documented steps you followed to make it:
- 1) royal blue wcp
2) water
3) sky blue cp
4) green cp
5) yellow cp
Find attached the reference photos I had in class. You may print if you like and bring for personal use in class.
BRING BACK - Audubon plate picture, both tracing papers, your practice bird pictures, and your color samples pages.
